We make wood fired Neapolitan style pizza by hand in a 60 year old Rice horsebox. It is cooked at over 500 degrees with kiln dried Ash. Our pizza dough is made by hand with only flour, water, Malden sea salt and fresh yeast. No preservatives, enhancers or modifiers! A long cold ferment of 3 days gives a highly flavoured crust with incredible spring and satisfying chewy texture. The pizza dough is packed full of flavour and far more easily digested than mass market pizzas.

Contact us via Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Phone, SMS or email. Tell us how many pizzas you would like and the time and day you would like them.
We will confirm the order and either the requested time or the closest available that time which we can manage.
Step 4Find our location
Pick up your pizzas from us in the layby at Timsbury, a few minutes out of Romsey on the Stockbridge Road. You can pay with either card or cash.
